Today saw Drumman successfully win their first round debate of the Donegal League as organised by Donegal Education Centre. Captain Grainne Hone along with Aileen Mc Govern and Jessica Rodgers Alcorn were successful in opposing the motion ‘Sport’s stars are bad role models for children’. The three speakers along with Lyla Grier, Chantelle Henderson and Hannah Boyce worked tirelessly on the motion and really deserved their victory today. It was a fantastic team performance by the ladies who defeated the high quality team from St Patrick’s Boys National School in Carndonagh. A very proud day for all in Drumman 🌟 A really big well done to all six ladies.
