Junior Room
1. March on the spot
2. Reach or the sky, touch your shoulders, reach for the sky
3. Weight lifts
4. Shoulder circles
5. Heel touch
6. Toe touch
7. Jumping jacks
Middle & Senior Rooms
1. March on the spot
2. High knees
3. Jumping Jacks
4. Reach for the sky-to shoulders-to sky
5. Arms out wide-circle forwards, then back
6. Two steps to the left-clap/Two steps to the right-clap x10
7. Split jumps
Do each exercise for 10 seconds, then start at number 1 again.
