We try to create a positive approach to Irish every day in Drumman and we are proud to celebrate ‘Seachtain na Gaeilge’ each year.
‘Seachtain na Gaeilge’ takes place in the run up to St.Patrick’s Day and it’s a great way for us to celebrate the Irish language and culture.
‘Seachtain na Gaeilge’ provides us all with an opportunity to enjoy and improve our Irish speaking skills, and as we always remind our boys and girls- ‘cleachtadh a dhéanann máistreacht!’
This week ‘Gaeilgeoir na Seachtaine’ was awarded to Ben for his excellent use of Irish in school. Maith thú Ben!
