Well done to our green School’s committee who renewed the Green School Flag at the Green School Award Ceremony at The Radisson Hotel in Letterkenny this week.
Green-Schools is Ireland’s leading environmental management and education programme for schools. Promoting longterm, whole school action for the environment.
The flag is a great motivator for the whole school community to fight against waste and litter. Hopefully it will encourage us all to live a little more sustainably.
It was a very proud day for the school when Mrs Martin, Óisin, Ciara and Tessa of the Green School Committee collected the flag in recognition of their work and efforts.
Congratulations to Mrs Martin and the hard working committee.
