Congratulations to all our cross country athletes who took part in today’s athletics in Milford.
We had six teams competing altogether with each team member putting in tremendous performances.
Everyone ran brilliantly and we even came back to school with two individual medals coming from Cormac Doherty and Tessa Grier.
A big thank you to Milford AC for inviting us and running a great day of competition.
