The senior room had a fun morning at the Wainfest schools workshop with a Celtic Warrior in the Donegal County Museum.
They attended a living history workshop. The workshop embarked on a journey through the history of combat and defence. They discovered a variety of weapons used by the inhabitants of the Stone Age to the present and heard tales of ancient battles.
The boys and girls learned loads from a renowned blacksmith, Celtic martial artist, folklorist as well as the only sword maker in Ireland.
