Last week, we had our exciting Peace Plus Maths-Themed Trips, exploring maths across our three schools—Drumman, Portlean, and Castletown.
Throughout the trips, we engaged in a variety of hands-on maths activities, using ICT programs like Scratch and Stopmotion, as well as other fun games such as chess, snakes and ladders and many more! We also put our engineering skills to the test by building with cups and straws, jenga blocks and magnetiles.
It was a fantastic experience for all the students, and they had a brilliant time reconnecting with their friends from Castletown and Portlean. A huge thank you to all teachers and staff who helped make these trips a success!
