Our Junior and Middle Room classes made the most of the good weather this week with a visit to the beautiful Ballyare Woods, just a short distance from our school.
The children explored the wildlife, observed birds and searched for the small creatures that call the woods their home. They also admired the variety of flowers in bloom and enjoyed walking the full loop of the woods, taking in the peaceful surroundings and discovering the beauty of nature all around them.
It was a wonderful opportunity for hands-on learning and connecting with the natural world right on our doorstep!
