Well done to our Sportshall Athletics team of Ruaidhrí, Kacy, Cormac, Chanella, Eoin, Lucy, Emily, Conor, Rebecca and Ben who competed today in Ray and won the regional finals.
The team gave an outstanding performance in all aspects of the competition, excelling in the relays as well as the field events, including standing long jump, speed bounce, vertical jump and ball throw.
Their hard work, dedication and team spirit were evident throughout the day and it was wonderful to see everyone supporting one another so enthusiastically.
It was a fantastic experience for the team, and we are thrilled to announce that we have now qualified to compete in the county final in December.
We will be training hard in the coming weeks to ensure we are ready for the finals.
