What an exciting day in school when Santa came to visit Drumman. Despite the rain keeping everyone indoors, the children were thrilled to spot Santa driving around the school in his sleigh, waving through the classroom windows.
The elves then brought each class down to the hall, where Santa was waiting in his grotto. Every child had the chance to meet Santa and received a selection box and a hot chocolate mix. Our Junior Infants were especially delighted to receive a beautiful tree initial decoration to take home.
Santa couldn’t have done it without a little help, so a huge thank you to the Parents Association for helping him today and making this wonderful experience possible for all the children.
There was huge excitement and festive cheer throughout the school and plenty of smiles all around. A truly magical day to remember!
