We had a great World Book Day celebration as part of our Peace Plus Aspire collaboration with Portlean National School.
The Junior Room joined Portlean on Zoom where they shared their love of reading and enjoyed hot chocolate while reading their books.
The Middle and Senior Rooms took part in a World Book Day quiz with the students in Portlean and put their book knowledge to the test.
Later in the day, the Senior Room watched Wonka and then designed their own chocolate bars which they really enjoyed.
A few students also dressed up as their favourite book characters which added to the fun.
It was a great day celebrating books, creativity and collaboration between both schools.
