We had a wonderful day celebrating Saint Patrick’s Day as part of our Peace Plus programme, with Portlean and Drumman schools joining together for a day full of fun and activities.
The senior students travelled to Portlean while the junior students stayed in Drumman with Portlean. Throughout the day the children took part in a range of activities including art, music, quizzes and scavenger hunts. The activities gave the students a great opportunity to work together, share ideas and enjoy the celebrations.
There was a fantastic atmosphere in both schools as the students got involved in all the activities and spent time with their friends. Everyone wore green which added to the festive spirit and made the day feel even more special.
It was a very enjoyable day for all involved and a lovely way to celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day together.
