We want to thank everyone in our school community for their generosity towards our games day for the Red Cross Ukraine Fundraiser. We raised an amazing €550! The children had a great afternoon playing board games. We are thinking of all the children and families in Ukraine, we hope our donations help in these terrible times.

World Book Day
Today we celebrated World Book Day in School and we had loads of fantastic costumes. It was great to share our love of books by dressing up as our favourite characters. Happy Pancake Day! The children had a great time adding yummy toppings to their pancakes at school today.
Drama Workshop
We had a very successful workshop with Andrew Tunney today. The kids loved it. It was a great day full of endless fun and laughter. Watch out for some future Drumman acting stars.
Party Animals

An Bosca Leabharlainne
We were the lucky winners of ‘An Bosca Leabharlainne’. An Bosca Leabharlainne is supported by Foras na Gaeilge and the Arts Council of Ireland, and delivered by Children’s Books Ireland. Rocco’s Road to Recovery
Last Friday we held a non-uniform day to raise money for Rocco who was diagnosed with a life threatening brain tumor. We raised an astonishing €560. Grandparents Day Raffle
As part of grandparents day we held a raffle in school where each child put their grandparents names on a ticket to win a prize. Making Houses
The junior room had lots of fun making different types of homes using recycled materials. Using recycled materials to make crafts was a fun way to teach the students about the benefits of recycling. All the houses turned out great and the class really enjoyed making them.
Santa’s visits Drumman
Santa and Mrs Claus took time out of their busy schedule to come and visit us in Drumman today. It was an exciting day filled with good cheer and lots of smiles.
