We had a superb two weeks in Drumman celebrating Seachtain na Gaeilge. We ended the fortnight with an assembly of Irish Culture. It was a fantastic event which culminated in a super display of Irish music, culture and art. It was great to see so many students enjoying themselves & participating! Maith sibh!Â

Our first class students have been busy recently learning all about Mexico. The students used the iPads to carry out research and create some very informative projects on Mexico. The children made lovely colourful projects and enjoyed presenting them to the rest of the school. We all learned a lot about the Mexican culture.
There was a wonderful turn out for our St Brigid’s Cross making on Thursday evening in the school hall. An enjoyable evening was had by all as crosses were made, ukuleles were played and refreshments were served. Thank you to the Parents Association for organizing this event. We had a fantastic day in Drumman celebrating the wonderful grandparents in our school community. Fr. Gorman celebrated mass in the school hall with the children saying prayers and singing songs.
