The school football league finals took place last Thursday. The senior classes played 5 a side in a very competitive league. It was a great afternoon of football with the rest of the school spectating. Thank you to Master Shields for refereeing the games.

Celebrating St. Patrick’s Day
We had a great day in school celebrating St.Patrick by dressing in green, singing songs, playing music, doing art, taking part in quizzes & even having some green, white and gold treats and desserts!
Trip to the Garda Station
Jayden and James had a brilliant visiting Milford Garda Station. Sergeant Fergus Mc Grory took them on a big tour of the station. The Oink! Project
As part of Peace IV we took part in the Oink! Project. This project provides piglets to poor families in the country of Laos in the South-East of Asia. First Penance
Today our Second Class pupils received the sacrament of First Penance. We are very proud of them as they listened and responded so well to Fr. Mc Brearty.
Ukraine Fundraiser
We want to thank everyone in our school community for their generosity towards our games day for the Red Cross Ukraine Fundraiser. We raised an amazing €550! The children had a great afternoon playing board games. We are thinking of all the children and families in Ukraine, we hope our donations help in these terrible times.
World Book Day
Today we celebrated World Book Day in School and we had loads of fantastic costumes. It was great to share our love of books by dressing up as our favourite characters.
