We want to thank everyone in our school community for their generosity towards our games day for the Red Cross Ukraine Fundraiser. We raised an amazing €550! The children had a great afternoon playing board games. We are thinking of all the children and families in Ukraine, we hope our donations help in these terrible times.
The confirmation students were spoilt in school today with a lovely cake and sweets from the Parents Association. Thank you to the Parents Association for these very kind treats. They really enjoyed them!

Well done to Katie Burke and Zack Ferry who spoke so well on Highland Radio on World Book Day. The were at the launch of ReadDL with Miss Kelly in the LYIT and talked on air about this year’s book called “Checkmate” by Stewart Foster.
Today we celebrated World Book Day in School and we had loads of fantastic costumes. It was great to share our love of books by dressing up as our favourite characters. Miss Kelly’s class had a brilliant day exploring Ballyarr woods thanks to Glenveagh National Park who took them on a tour of the Park. Happy Pancake Day! The children had a great time adding yummy toppings to their pancakes at school today.
We had a very successful workshop with Andrew Tunney today. The kids loved it. It was a great day full of endless fun and laughter. Watch out for some future Drumman acting stars.

We had a fun day in school today meeting lots of different animals. We had a mixture of farm animals, pets and even reptiles!
