Our 6th Class Leaving Mass was celebrated by Fr. McQuarrie in the school hall and marked a very special occasion in the life of our school.
The children led the celebration beautifully with thoughtful readings and wonderful participation throughout the Mass. A special thank you to Mrs Claydon for the beautiful music and to all the school staff whose hard work and preparation helped make the event so memorable.
It was lovely to welcome family members who joined us for the celebration. Following the Mass everyone enjoyed tea and treats together and had the opportunity to catch up and share memories.
Mrs McGee and Mrs Martin wished the students every success for the future and presented each child with a graduation certificate. We would also like to thank the Parents’ Association for their generous gifts of a class photograph and leaving treats for the children.
It was a lovely occasion to celebrate the achievements and friendships of our 6th Class pupils. We wish them every happiness and success as they begin the next chapter of their journey in secondary school.
Best of luck 6th Class. You will be greatly missed in Drumman.
